Terms & Conditions

All bookings, registrations or other orders placed with and accepted by Terence.ie are subject to the Terence.ie’s standard terms and conditions of service.  Your agreement to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Terence.ie website (the “Website”). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.  If you do not read our Terms and Conditions of use, you should not use this Website.

The Terms and Conditions apply to this Website only and do not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

 

Making a Booking

All orders shall be made in writing and are subject to availability and to acceptance in writing by Terence.ie.  Acceptance may be issued by e-mail, unless otherwise requested when the order is placed.

 

Pricing and VAT

Catalogues, price lists and other advertising literature or materials used by Terence.ie are intended only as an indication as to price and are subject to change without notice.  Value Added Tax (VAT) is chargeable at 23% on 1-1 coaching and coaching services in Ireland. VAT is not chargeable on training. Vat on digital products may vary.

 

Payment Terms

Credit card payments may be made via Paypal and Stripe, are subject to a processing charge of the transaction amount and such other terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time by Paypal and Stripe. A refunded fee charge may apply and be deducted from your Paypal account in respect of any contested Paypal transaction found to be valid.

 

Penalties will apply to late payments. If you are a business, Terence.ie also reserves the right to charge interest on all late payments in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2002 (SI 388 of 2002) and any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

 

Ethics

Terence.ie staff adhere to a professional code of ethics and other membership codes of ethics according to speciality of individual consultants.   As professional consultants, we acknowledge and agree to honour our ethical obligations to our consulting clients and colleagues and to the public at large. We pledge to comply with the Code of Ethics, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those whom we coach.

Viruses: We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.  You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

 

You are entirely responsible for your own use of and activities via the Website.  You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any breach of security.  You agree to abide by all applicable national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions, if any, through the Website.

Refunds/Returns

Returns are rare, but here are our policies:

  • Digital Information can’t be “returned.” Terence.ie has a “No Refund” Policy for all digital download products purchased directly through us;
  • Live events may at times have a 7-day cancellation grace period. A full refund will be issued if cancelled within this period.
