Hello. My name is Terence Monaghan and I’m from Galway, Ireland. I’ve spent the last 30 years creating money-making machines for employers and for myself. Some people put my success down to the luck of the Irish. I know it’s actually down to The Monaghan Method.
When I was much younger I spearheaded a growth plan for BetaTherm. At the time revenues were at just $2m. By the time my game plan had been executed the business was achieving $100m in revenues. This is just one of many success stories that I could share with you.
Since those early days in business, I’ve travelled the world advising businesses with £300k to over £100m in revenues on how to optimize their performance and create their very own money-making machines.
I also currently work in private equity with a partner to buy businesses between $10m and $50m in revenue. It is established to serve as a federation/home for successful entrepreneurial companies to provide resources to these companies to achieve their full potential. Plan is to get the group revenues to around $500m. Once bought, I’ll be implementing The Monaghan Method to transform these businesses into more money-making machines. And so it goes. All very exciting.
